By downloading, installing, or using ARP ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
ARP grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the App for any commercial purpose without express written consent from ARP.
All audio processing occurs 100% offline on your device. Your audio files are never uploaded to any server. You retain full ownership of your audio files at all times.
Certain features of the App may be available through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service. You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your purchases.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://arpaudio.app/privacy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ARP and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the App, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice and without liability to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ARP OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APP OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APP.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ARP OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APP.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
